The Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) Programme

For admission to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) programme, a candidate must have passed the 10+2 (Senior Secondary Examination) or its equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as compulsory subjects.

The candidate must have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission and must have secured the minimum qualifying marks as prescribed by the Dental Council of India (DCI), National Dental Commission (NDC), and the concerned regulatory authorities.

Admission to the B.D.S. programme shall be based on the candidate's performance in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions and participate in the counselling process conducted by the competent authority.

Selection of Students:

Students shall be selected strictly on the basis of merit obtained in NEET-UG and through the centralized counselling process conducted by the competent authority in accordance with the rules and regulations of the National Dental Commission, Government of India, and the respective State Government.
